Some studies have found that a diet rich in magnesium helps fight migraine attacks. This mineral is commonly found in dark green veggies, nuts, and grains. But take your doctor’s advice if you want to opt for supplements.
7. Ensure You Get Good Sleep:
A good sleep that is not too long or too little, can keep migraines away. Have a good night’s sleep of seven to eight hours and try to maintain a regular sleep-wake cycle.
