Chicken AIP Soup

Ingredients For Chicken AIP Soup 

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 small onion, omit for IC
  • 8 small carrots, chopped
  • 1 pound chicken, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 bunch asparagus, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sage

Procedure For Chicken AIP Soup 

  • In a cooking pot over medium heat, add the coconut oil, then add the onion and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until tender.
  • Cook, tossing periodically until the chicken is charred on both sides, about 5 minutes.
  • Cook for another 5 minutes after adding the remaining veggies.
  • Bring the broth, coconut milk, and spices to a boil, then lower to medium-low heat and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

Ingredients For AIP Tuna Salad 

  • 2 cups tuna
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper (omit for AIP)

Procedure For AIP Tuna Salad With Avocado 

  • Mix all contents in a mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Mash avocado with the back of a fork if required.
  • Cover with a sheet of kitchen foil and place the bowl in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to cool.
  • Serve and have fun!

Ingredients For AIP Chicken Sausages 

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup AIP barbecue sauce

Procedure For AIP BBQ Chicken Sausage

  • Form 1″ balls with all of the ingredients except the oil.
  • In a pan over medium heat, heat the cooking grease and cook the meatballs until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes, tossing periodically.

Ingredients For Cauliflower Bites With Basil Sauce 

  • 1 large cauliflower cut into small florets
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch fresh basil, about 3 cups (purple, Thai or regular)
  • 1 cup pre-soaked, and drained cashews
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1 cup avocado oil (this one)
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce (this one)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup boiled AIP noodles of your choice

Procedure For Cauliflower Bites With Basil Sauce 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine the cauliflower florets, oil, salt, and garlic in a mixing bowl. In a large casserole dish, spread out the ingredients. Preheat oven to 350°F and roast for 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Add all of the sauce ingredients into a mixer until smooth as it roasts. Remove from the equation.
  • Drain your cooked noodles and throw them in a large mixing dish. Soak for 5 minutes in freshwater before rinsing and draining.
  • Open the oven, remove the casserole dish, and add the noodles and all of the sauce after the cauliflower is brown.
  • Toss everything together thoroughly with tongs, then spread evenly in the casserole dish.
  • Put it back into the oven and bake for another 15 minutes. Take the dish out of the oven and serve!

Ingredients For AIP Pumpkin Smoothie

  • 3/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp vegan protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 drop thives essential oil
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Procedure For Pumpkin Smoothie

  • Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender.
  • To get the correct consistency, add water or ice cubes.

Ingredients For AIP Pizza Recipe

  • 3/4 cup purified water boiling
  • 2 tbsp grass-fed gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 large beets peeled and shredded
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 4 medium carrots peeled and shredded
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil chopped, for garnish
  • ground beef sauteed
  • asparagus chopped
  • leafy greens
  • herbs

Procedure For AIP Pizza Recipe 

For Crust:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Using parchment paper, line a baking sheet.
  • In a small heatproof dish, combine the boiling water and gelatin. Stir in the gelatin until it is completely dissolved.
  • Combine the tapioca, coconut flour, salt, and baking soda in a separate basin.
  • Mix the lard into the flour mixture well. Toss the flour mixture with the vinegar and gelatin water and toss to incorporate.
  • Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and flatten it into a 1/4 to 1/3 inch thick circle.
  • Remove the crust from the oven after 15 minutes of baking. Add your favorite toppings and bake for another 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

For No-mato sauce:

  • Add all ingredients to the saucepan, except the basil, and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  • Cook for 30 minutes, or until the veggies are cooked, covered.
  • To purée the mixture, use an immersion blender. In case the sauce appears to be too thin, cover and continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • 2 pounds grass-fed ground beef
  • 2 tsp Real Salt, I used coarse salt
  • 1/4 cup minced roasted lemon
  • 2 tbsp Tin Star Cultured Ghee
  • 2 large lemons
  • parchment paper
  • sheet pan

Procedure For AIP Roasted Lemon Beef

  • To roast a lemon, follow the steps outlined above. Prepare ahead of time.
  • Add the ghee to the pot and heat it over a high flame.
  • When the skillet is heated, add the ground beef and break it up with a spatula while it cooks.
  • Continue to mix and break up the meat until it is completely broken up and crumbly.
  • There should be no huge bits remaining.
  • Combine the salt and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir well for a further 2-3 minutes.
  • Cook, stirring periodically, for another 10 minutes on high heat.
  • Cook until all liquid from the beef has drained and the meat has turned a dark brown color.
  • After a few minutes of stirring, the meat should be sizzling, a glossy dark brown color with crispy parts, and a crumbly texture.
  • Remove from the fire and serve immediately, or cool and store for later
  • It’s much better with fresh cilantro! Ideal for taco bowls of scrambled eggs!

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Lemon slices should be sliced thinly and arranged in a single layer on parchment paper.
  • After 30 minutes of roasting, allow it to cool down completely before handling.

Ingredients For Chicken And Ranch Casserole 

  • 1 large spaghetti squash, about 3 lbs
  • 12 oz bacon, cooked
  • 1.5 lb chicken breasts
  • 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsps Primal Palate Garlic and Herb blend, optional
  • 1 batch dairy free Ranch Dressing

Procedure For Chicken And Ranch Casserole 

  • Use your preferred technique to prepare the spaghetti squash (use this method for cooking in 10 minutes in the Instant Pot! ), chicken, and bacon.
  • When the squash is done, cut across the shorter width and scrape the squash strands into a basin with a fork.
  • Chicken should be shredded (see note below), and fried bacon should be chopped and added to the squash.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Add the green onions, spice mix, and my dairy-free cheese sauce.
  • Combine the Ranch Dressing, squash, and protein in a mixing dish with a spatula.
  • Place on a preheated oven’s middle rack and spread into a ceramic baking dish. Cook for 40-45 minutes at a low temperature.
