  • Put the juice into a container, add two cold cups of water, and then blend it well such that there are no chunks and refrigerate it at least for 20 minutes.

8. Jaljeera

  • 50 gm fragment jaggery

  • 3-4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp ginger salt or gourmet flavor salt
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • A pinch of chili powder
  • ½ liter water
