Essential Oils For Cellulite – Massage Oil Recipe To Get Rid Of Cellulite

How To Get Rid Of Cellulite – Essential Oils For Cellulite

Cellulite is a normal natural and physiological phenomenon. Indeed, nearly 9 out of 10 women are affected at one time or another in their life compared to only 1 in 50 men. This “orange peel”, often unsightly, is due to poor drainage of the body. which no longer excretes water in adipocytes (fat cells) as it should. This results in compression of the blood and lymphatic vessels, which increases the size of the fatty cells and, in addition, the thickness of the hypodermis (the deepest layer of the skin). Although this natural mechanism cannot be suppressed, it is quite possible to reduce the consequences with essential oils! Check out how to use essential oils.

How To Get Rid Of Cellulite

For teenagers & adults, 2 drops of Cedar of the Atlas in 8 drops of vegetable oil, apply morning and evening in massage on the most affected zones. Take a week break after 3 weeks of use and start again if necessary.

1. Lemon Essential Oil

The lemon essential oil in the case of cellulite is known and recognized. Its high concentration of limonene (56 to 78%) gives it the lipid-lowering property which allows it to promote lipolysis, that is to say, the destruction of fatty substances (lipids), or body fat. It will therefore lower the level of fat in the blood. In addition, it will promote drainage and digestion.

2. Atlas Cider Essential Oil

The Atlas cedar essential oil has specific properties and is indispensable to fight against cellulite.

Trans alpha atlantone, a sesquiterpene ketone, has a lipolytic action by dissolving fatty substances during digestion. Atlas Cedar essential oil will cause adipocyte lysis (destruction of adipose tissue cells specializing in fat storage), which is why it is used in this synergy against cellulite.

3. Criste Marine Essential Oil

The Criste Marine essential oil is rare and little known and yet it is what we can name with certainty, the slimming marine.

The large amount of terpenes (over 80%) that compose it makes it strongly aquaretic and diuretic. These molecules will increase the volume of water and urine eliminated. They will facilitate drainage, in particular of the urinary and biliary tracts, helping to excrete water and therefore increase urine production.

In addition, it has the property particularly sought after in our case: it is anti-cellulite. It will help fight against cellulite by promoting the elimination of fat and limiting water retention.

4. Lemongrass Essential Oil

The Lemongrass essential oil is used here for its anti-inflammatory action.

Citrals in very high quantities (60 to 86%), will help reduce the swelling of fat cells under the hypodermis (the deepest layer of the skin) which compress the blood and lymphatic vessels preventing them to effectively drain water.

This property is complementary to the draining properties of the other essential oils of the mixture.

5. Lemon Eucalyptus Essential Oil

Cellulitis can be caused by inflammation of the skin tissue. The Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil is known for its action on the muscles and joints but it also affects the skin tissue. The citronellal present between 65 and 82% in this essential oil makes it very anti-inflammatory. It will therefore limit the consequences of inflammation, pain and redness thanks to this action.

In addition, citronellal is an analgesic for the skin. It will therefore calm the potential pain resulting from fibrous cellulite. Finally, this essential oil has a lemony scent that will be very pleasant to breathe after application to the skin.

And finally the carrier…

Shea Butter

To make essential oils penetrate into the body and allow the destocking of fats at the origin of cellulite, the palpate-roll massage remains the most effective. to facilitate this massage, shea butter is the ideal support: it melts at body temperature to offer you a texture that is easy to use and to dose.

Shea butter also has moisturizing, healing, and softening properties which allow your skin to regain its suppleness and thus facilitate the elimination of the orange peel effect.
