  • Take the necessary amount of shea butter,  melt it gently in a double boiler  (with water between 35 and 40°). This step can take between 2 and 5 min.
  • Now that the shea butter has melted, take it out of the double boiler and add the 20 mL of avocado vegetable oil.
  • Then add the 15 drops of essential oil of Ginger in your small container and mix everything. 
  • Then cool everything in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, in order to obtain a solid and compact texture, without granules. If you just have a freezer compartment in your fridge, this will be just as effective.
  • Once the balm has solidified, give it its creamy texture by whisking it with a fork, until you get a light and airy texture.
