- Fresh red chili – 25 gm

- Chilli flakes – 1/2 tablespoon
- Tofu (cut into cubes) – 250 gm
- Corn flour to dust
- Cut tofu into big cubes. Dust the cubes with cornflour and deep fry in a wok.
- The fried tofu is then wok tossed with Nong sauce.
- Use all the ingredients barring the tofu and cornflour.
- Garnished the dish with fresh basil leaves.
